Tips to Change the Custom Paper Size in Microsoft Word

During setting up, the printer can customize paper sizes and types. The user then enters the paper settings onto the main setup page. These sections will show how to alter the settings for specific sizes or paper types.

Create a custom-designed paper width and type at the manufacturer’s setup page. Register a custom height with your printer driver. If the custom paper height exceeds432 mm (17in) you should use the back output tray instead of the standard printer tray. In the Print dialog box select “Fit to” and then move the tray exactly the location you would like your custom papers to be printed.

To alter the width of your customized paper to alter the width of your custom paper, click the tab Printing Setup. Click “IKBS” under the section named “Printer Properties”. In the General section, under “IKBS Settings,” click ” slider” and then move the sliders to the left until you see ” Invalid Setup Value?” Click “OK” If you see “Invalid Setup Value?”

o To change the width of the custom size go back to the Printing Setup tab and click “IKBS.” Click “slider” in the General rushessay section. Slide the sliders to your left until you see “Invalid Setup Value?” Click ” slider” in the General section. Move the sliders to the right until you see ” Invalid Setup Value”

Using the arrow keys use to move the sliders to your left until you see “Change custom paper widths.” The number of pages that can be changed can be set automatically by pressing the shift key, and then pressing enter. To reverse the change, press the return key. You can make changes to other pages by pressing the return key. You can move the sliders to the left or right using the Arrow keys.

To alter the sheet and tray sizes, first open the Printing Setup. Select the appropriate size of paper to match your printer under “Printers and Paper” Then, under “Trays and Sheets: Auto Tray Switch Function,” select the setting that shows the automatic tray switch function. If you print another document the driver for your printer will adjust the size of the tray or sheet to meet the requirements of printing.

If you want to alter the page size, first go to the Printing Setup and then click “page size”. In the drop-down menu, choose the desired size. Select “stretch” to stretch the page before printing. In other cases, the current custom-size will be used. You can change the size by selecting “set new size” from the menu that you can pull down.

o To print black or white documents, change the paper sizes in the Printing Setup to black or white. Then, select “print.” The new size will be printed on the document page. You can change the color by selecting the desired color and then selecting it from the drop-down menu.

o If the paper length exceeds 430 millimeters (17 inches) Set the custom size as big as is possible. If you’re using a non-printer driver be sure to check the height of the tray and select “auto tray height” in the menu that you can pull down. In this situation, the printer driver will automatically determine the correct height based on the current display height. If this option is not available the maximum tray depth will be used.

o To increase the depth of your paper tray, choose “set depth to default”. This option is only accessible to the tray that is not a printer. After you have selected the depth that you want, the maximum depth will be used. It is not necessary to increase the depth of your document beyond 297 mm if it is printed on thicker paper likeight or bond paper.

Always open the file menu before printing documents. Click on the “file icon” instead of the “Printing” button. Some printers let you access the menu menu for files by pressing the “print” button instead. However certain printers require you to click the “print” button before you can alter the size of your custom print. You can always access the menu for files by clicking the “print” button instead of the ” Printing” button.

After you have completed making the paper size custom then hit the “ok” button on the PRINTS & Folds screen. The custom size paper will be added to the document. The entire process takes only a few seconds. If there are errors an error message should appear. You can also type in your new password. If you do not see an error message, the custom paper size was successfully applied.
